I'm linking up with Mrs. King today to share what I have on my walls/doors/cabinets!
This is the view right inside the front door of my classroom. The rules are from Sandy Lantz. I loved the idea during my Level I so I came back to my classroom the following year and made my own posters. On my back door is my Audience Behavior display. Above my rocking chair is my art gallery. Each year I participate in the school art show by creating my own original art work based on the show's theme. The kids love seeing my art work and getting to know another side of me.
I don't have a ton of bulletin board space in my classroom so I bought a large cork board from Staples. I was struggling to figure out how to hang it until my husband found these...
I didn't even know these existed! You can stick them through the panels on your wall for a secure hold. My mind is racing with all sorts of new ideas. What else can I now hang?!?
I saw this idea on Pinterest. Such a great way to keep Boomwhackers organized and easily accessible. I used some velcro strips and dots. The boomwhackers were a bit heavy so I had to hot glue the velcro strip to the cabinets for a better hold. Then I hung each boomwhacker using a velcro dot. Above them are my recorder fingering charts. I made them by hand but I also have a printable version of them available in my TpT store.
On my cabinets I have my Word Wall. I created this a few years ago and it's a resource I use daily! You can check it out here. Notice the bathroom door is bare? A new display will be going here, hopefully, soon! Once it's up I'll share the pic.
